Mr Sumith Abeysinghe, former Secretary to the Cabinet and a senior public officer with wide experience in government is heading this Committee. The members of the Committee drawn from various professional backgrounds comprise Mr Susantha Rathnayake, Dr Nalaka Godahewa, Mr Dian Gomes, Dr Prasanna Gunasena and Prof. Jagath Wellawatte.
