Today is the second day of the debate on the second reading of the Budget 2021.
President who enetered the Chamber with Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa listened to the debate.
This marks the first occasion that President Rajapaksa sat in the House after addressing the inaugural session of the new Parliament.
